Eligible HSA Health Insurance Medical Expenses An eligible HSA Health Insurance expense is defined as those expenses paid for care as described in Section 213 (d) of the Internal Revenue Code. A HSA health insurance plan combines a high deductible - usually $2500 - $2600 for an indivudual or $5000 - $5500 for a family.
